I am looking for a CMS where users can post their open source projects. The CMS should allow users to sign up and submit a description of their project, links to download from plus screenshots.

The CMS should be able to categorise the projects in categories..such as programming language or platform!

Anybody knows of a good script please?

For a really simple cms snippetmaster ( I heard about it on another thread in this forum and decided to give it a go) is very easy to install and use.

If you don't have any webpages already made, get yourself a nice cheap template - upload it and then install snippetmaster and away you go.

With the free version it doesn't allow you to upload new files (images etc) through the interface, but you can do that via ftp or you could just buy a license.... it's very cheap.

It has an autoinstaller which gave me an error when I tried it out, but when I refreshed the page it installed.
