    Hello,
I am looking for a content management system that does not store content in the database but stores it in static HTML. Is there a CMS list out there that has CMSes.

www.searchengineoptimizedcms.com is a db to html engine so although the content is stored in a database it exports to real html pages. The database is on your pc not your webserver so there are no db management concerns.
You can export the content to rtf, asp, php, xml etc as well against any template so I'm sure it would have the same effect as a saving it in static html pages, which doesn't make any sense for a CMS.
