Looking for a cheap WINDOWS VPS to host 24/7 IRC Server....

    Hey, I'm looking for a cheap WINDOWS VPS that will allow me to host an IRC server. At least 512 mb of ram, no lower. Disk space about 3 gb, Bandwidth about 75 gb. Any offers?
