Buying Looking for a cheap OFFSHORE web host

    Hello,
    I am looking for a cheap offshore web host which offers unlimited bandwidth and allow other content that is usually not allowed by a 'typical' web host. I am basically going to start a private proxy which will be used by my group.
    Please suggest me one or offer if you are a web host. :)

    if you are looking for proxy only and no illegal stuff than I recommend you to have small vps , this will give you better control, dedicated ip, and lots of bandwidth as well. Have a look at shopaserver's basic vps plan. cheers )
