What i am looking for is

Pentium 4 3Ghz or better
2gb or more ram
250GB or better HDD

Running a Linux OS with cPanel and WHM

with a 10mb/s or faster unmetered connection.

also would prefered managed or at least the setup to be done by you.

looking for the cheapest i can get and if you can provide a link to test the speed of the connection that would be great as well.

Your specs are not going to get you a cheap server. What is your budget, must it be 10 mbps unmetered.

 

yea i want unmetered i don't mind if it's shared B/W i don't need dedicated B/W but i do want unmetered. BTW i have found Many Similiar packages from anywhere from 69-109/month. I'm lookin for a bit lower if possible

Lol, I guarentee you servers that cheap do not have true 10mbit conections. I would ask them for a test file first, or you may be getting a lot less than 10mbits
