Looking for a cartoon mascot for my blog.

    Hey graphic designers! I am looking for someone that can help me design a cartoon mascot for my blog. It's going to be based around the 2D version that you can see here. To get an idea of what I want, you can see a few examples from this site.

    My budget is $40 (but I can gladly pay more depending on the quality). If anybody has something to offer, please let me know!
