Looking for a Car insurance affiliate - Short form Lead

    hi guys

    I have a top ranking car insurance site and want add some affiliate for Insurance quotes - anyone know of one with a short form!

    Prefer pay per lead...but my options are open.

    I am with CJ - but willing to go elsewhere.

    We have a short form I think it's 3 fields. Can pay you 4$ a lead. We also have a longer form from the same advertiser for 9$. Aim me "ads4dough" if you're interested.
