I'm looking for a partner to develop my domain www.gfxworld.net , domain gets daily type-in traffic because gfxworld.org ( alexa 3K ) and gfx-world.net (alexa 100k) are well established websites. Traffic is really targeted as both mentioned websites are about Graphic design

Mainly I want wordpress blog to be developed about Graphic design and photoshop tutorials and anything related about Graphics


What my partner should do

1. Create interesting blogposts ( at least 10 in a month )
2. Help me in link development , seo
3. My partner should have experience in witting blogs and have knowledge about graphic design

What my partner will get .

1. 50% of generated revenue ( Included link sales , paid blogposts and adsense )

2. 20% revenue in case if blog will be sold ( this domain alone worth at least 500 due to it's traffic and parking revenue ) - but only in case if blog will be sold over 1K

3. Free advertising opportunity (2 links to your website)

You want someone to set up a blog, write articles and promote it for 50% of the profit?
Why wouldn't the same guy just start his own blog and get 100%?
And this is all build on trust?

And one more thing regarding 2.:
This means that if someone generates a revenue of 100$ a month and you sell it for 950$, he will not get anything. Nice deal...

Answer is simple , the domain gfxworld.net receive type-in traffic from 50-100 uniques daily, because of gfx-world.net and gfxworld.org
