what are your daily hits, how are you promoting, the site could do with a make over thats why your not getting the sign ups
short urls- Yea it has something to do with htaccess file, my programmer friend is supposed to fix that this week, as far as a make over, theres not much to the layout i can do. Its part of the CMS. Pre built
