I'm launching a network of sites later this month and I'm in need of a full-time blog writer for one of the first network sites. Here are the requirements: 1. You Must Live In One Of The Following Countries: - Australia - Canada - United Kingdom - United States There are no exceptions to this. I'm not looking to hire people from India, the Middle East, or even Spain. 2. You Must Be Familiar With The Subject Of The Blog The blog is called Flip This Beat. For more information about the subject of the blog, what is covered on the blog, and such, please click here. 3. Proficient English Skills if u type liek dis, then I'm not hiring you. I'm only going to pay writers that provide me with written material that is going to improve the popularity and usefulness of my blog. This is the main reason as to why I am only hiring residents from the countries listed in requirement number one. 4. Commitment I need three to five posts a week. Posts may be as simple as finding a YouTube video related to the subject of the blog and writing a simple description of it or it may be as complex as writing an entire article that could reach 500-1000 words. I also need you committed to the project from September 1, 2008 (when the hired writers will start) to December 1, 2008 (three months). If you can't do this, or if you don't want to do this, then I'm not interested in hiring you. I reserve the right to end our agreement before this date. If your work isn't proficient enough for my satisfaction, I'll have no issue in letting you go. 5. Age You must be at least 16 years of age to be eligible. No exceptions. If I hire you and I find out that you are not 16 years of age, I will remove you from the job immediately and you will not receive any wages owed to you. Now, if you pass those requirement, I may be interested in hiring you. Please read below for information pertaining to your salary: $0.02 per word base salary. Bonuses for excellent work (meaning that I don't have to constantly proofread your work and correct errors). Subtractions for work that I have to correct. You will receive three warnings before I start subtracting from your pay for errors. Each error will earn you a subtraction of $0.01 of your wages. I've listed the payment schedule below. 9/1 to 10/1 - One payment (made at the end of the month). 10/1 to 11/1 - Two payments (made every two weeks). 11/1 to 12/1 - Four payments (made every week). Payments will be made with PayPal.
