I also recommend YeahCPA, Convert2Media and CPATrend.

I myself offer an affiliate program, too. Payment is NET-7 and I run a product launch special for all affiliates signing up at december 2010: 65% commission.

Get more information on my blog. If you like to earn the 65% instaed of the regular 25% than visit this link:

    All the best

Try ad.ly or sponsored tweets. They may potentially pay, via Paypal...weekly. Not sure though

Most of your needs are OK, but why do you want a network with no phone calls? A phone call usually establishes a working relationship with the company and the affiliate. I know with our network, we would rather speak to our affiliates to get a better feel of what your trying to accomplish. Usually the bigger networks will do this as well.

copeac & Hydra Network has a large number of incentivizable offers.

Furthermore, they have a very intuitive UI unlike some of the other CPA companies

I definitely agree with you. Offervault is a good place for you. There is something called daily payment network on affiliatepaying that does not exist actually. Lmao
