Looking For a Basic Theme Like This One...

I am looking for a wordpress theme similar to this one. I have searched in many places and have yet to come up with one. Very simple, white background, column on the right, and a changeable header and footer.

Does anyone have any recommendations, free or premium?

 

anyone? I have been hunting high and low for something like this for a long time now

 

How much you're willing to spend to have that built?

 

I would like one that already exists, either free or paid

If you are looking for something that simple you should definitely check out the Genesis Framework at StudioPress (studiopress.com) or even better the Thesis Framework at DIY Themes (diythemes.com). You could have a theme like the one shown with the content and design you want in a matter of minutes, they may even already have the exact setup you want pre-installed. Just watch the intro video or have a look at the previews to see what you think.
