Hello! I'm looking for a basic cartoon maker software. I would just need to be able to have two or three characters on screen, some very basic moves like raising arms or hands. I need that the lips sync automatically with the voice over I will add. If it's a software I can buy once, rather than to pay a monthly subscription, it would be great, but it's not mandatory. I didn't find anything yet. Do you know anything like that? I don't ask anything fancy, just basic animations. Thank you for help.
