Buying Looking for a Banner to be made size 200x200

    I need a banner for my site ngecity.com. the banner needs to be size 200x200 ,

    It needs to say something like Earn Cash Prizes While Watching Videos As A Member of NGECity.


    I need the Earn Cash Prizes bigger letters , and NGECity to be also big letters but the others can be small.

    I want the design to have some tv show characters like from The tv series Chuck or from jersey shore i need at least 2 characters from 2 different tv shows in the banner. if you can do this please pm me your price and also a demo.
