Well if you think you can do the job PM me, I'll offer $10-20, if I don't like your banner i'll be frank and tell you and you won't get paid . Banner resolution needs to be 468*60px , I have nothing more to say, it's probably best you have a bit of experience in making anime banners, but it isn't really necessary I guess.
