Looking for a affiliate who pays via email only lead

i hope someone here can help me as i couldnt find that via google :

I am looking for a affiliate program that pays per lead - specially pays per email adress.

I found some CPA offers from MaxBounty, but i really dont like the banners.

I am looking for a offer where you can just enter the emailadress into the banner and get paid.

Do you know something like that?

I have a website where a lot of people are only looking for a place to enter their emailadress - so maybe you have another idea.

Hey, Are you looking at targeting any specific vertical? Ads4dough may have some email submit offers and also checkout RevenueGateway as i know that they have some product specific email submit offers.

 

There are many that pay per lead, CPAStorm, Vintacore, and a few others do as well. PM me if you want a full list.
