well if you are looking to do small to medium projects then your not really setup right. You are asking for someone to take 1/3 of the income and do 70-90% of the hardest part. If you looking to do huge projects and sell them, lots of databases, custom scripts and the like then you might be about right. I say this based on my own experience. I can buy a custom template cheap, and get someone to do some coding for me if I need it. The work starts when you get to SEO, Link Building and general marketing. I can spend months here and get the coding and template done in a day or two. However, if you get that ironed out you might be on to something good. Good luck.
