    Just to let everyone know, someone bumped this thread from Feb 2006,
    so it's almost 3 years old and the program info is inaccurate and out of date.

    Google Affiliate Network, Advaliant and many other programs
    have come on board 5 Star since then.

    Here is the up-to-date list of 5 Star Affiliate Programs.

    There is a variety of criteria companies have to meet. For starters
    they have to be high integrity, have affiliate centered policies and
    be proactively managed. Those are just a couple things.

    Additionally I only take programs in mainstream markets, no info products
    and many industries I can't accept if I already have a client in that niche.
    Networks I usually have a waiting list to get in because I only promote
    2 - 3 networks and seldom have an opening. Then of course there is a fee
    which varies depending on size of the program and 5 Star placement.
