    It'll be pretty obvious if he uses it, because it'll be up on his website. I don't want to make assumptions, but it'd be really silly of him to do something like that. Not only will it ruin his rep; I don't think anyone would conduct business with him in the future.

    It's sad, yet amusing, to see how most contest threads turn into rants about whether the contest holder will pay-up, or whether he/she is a scammer.

    Anyway, my apologies to Kingrage if he's just been busy and hasn't had time to reply. :)

    I wasn't saying he 'had' just that he could do.. Like you said he could be really busy, and thats that :)

    Well whatever the case- greater care should be taken with postings like this if you want people to take you seriously. I know he read my message 2 minutes after I sent it and not a word. This tells me he's not serious and this type of thing is killing the industry (freelance). Ah well what can ya expect right? It ist a real elance board right...

    As far as his taking the banner and using them, well I doubt that as most of thge banners were not very good, including mine and they wouldn't be worth dragging your name or www.zune4free.com through the mud right? Anyway I assume that this topic had reached an end and is no longer anything to do with what it was about, really..kinda...to all the other elancers-may jobs find you

    To be honest, I created a banner because I was bored and not for really for the money. I could care less if he took the .jpg and edited it. If the posting was for a $50+ project then I would take more security measures.
