    I will provide forums list where you should create profiles and add my links as signature.

    Budget is 135$

    30 * 56 = 1 680 backlink. are too much. as compared to normal backlinks rates i.e:1$/2 backliniks.. your Budget is very low. and you are also asking , you need forum signature links. this is also difficult to create upto 56 accounts (total 1680 accounts) in one forums from same PC.

    atleast you should give $600 for 30 * 56sites =1680 do follow links..

    $600 is the nominal rate...
