Looking for 3 Graphic Designers

I am looking for 3 graphic designers that can do future work for me. I will get the work, I just need you to do the work for me.

For the last two years I've been doing it on my own, but it became overwhelming so I'm just coming off a short break. I'm ready to get back into it but not without a plan to keep me from getting overwhelmed. I have a day job so my time is limited, this is where you come in. I will get you the work all you have to do is do it. I will handle all client interactions.

Basically what will happen, is the following.

1. client will contact me for work
2. i pass the work to one of you
3. I will present the client with your designs (i will not take credit for your work, the client will have full knowledge of who the designer is)
4. Client will give me their comments.
5. I will pass the revision request back to you.
6. i will present the revised product to the client
7. Client pays me
8. I pay you.

Basically i am acting as the coordinator, i will obviously be making a profit, but you will be paid a fair amount as well.
