    1) Its not allowed to buy/sell youtube views on DP
    2) That price is ridiculous, you won't find it that cheap. Its not uncommon that you pay $6 for 1k views already.

    You could find that price but I guarantee it is the BOT and soon your video will get banned.

    The average youtube view price today is about $5 per 1000 views. Be careful about the bot views !
