lol that's too cheap, especially for an EMPTY webmaster forum. minimum prices for posting: .10$/post .12$/new thread usually thread rate is 1/4 from posts so, at 150 posts there should be made 37 new threads. also, if you'll just divide 10$ to 150 you'll get a price/post of 0.06$ - that's soo low a fair price for what you're requesting 150 posts from which 60 should be new threads is: 60*0.12+90*0.1= 16.2$
If you do not wish to take it then dont Im not forcing you to i did this price a little while ago with another one of my forums and managed to get 7 people to take it up. I dont think it is too low as all the people that sign up are also allowed to get free hosting aswell even though im paying them to post. Yes there are still places available all you have to do is post a test so that i can see your work, PM me with the username you posted the test with and i will let you know wether or not you are ok to start work.
