Looking For 0.40 CPM Banners

I'm currently using Bannerconnect and getting 0.21 cpm and Valueclick is getting me 0.40 cpm

I'm looking for another network offering around 0.40 cpm to replace Bannerconnect in September.

There must be one condition - Banner's do not have to be above the fold or within several pixels.

Can anybody help?

BurstMedia pay $0.80-$1.10 for me, but give a 5% fill rate! You might get better though depending on your visitors/site. Try them out.

 

I found Yardbarker, a quite exclusive network for sports blogs that's giving me guaranteed .50 cpm

RealNetwork pays me $0.18~$0.19 CPM. Sometimes it pays more than $0.25 CPM. No banner placement rules.

 

BTW, how did you get $.20 from bannerconnect? I tried it once, it's very low.
