Looking at http://www.profitgeek.com/ I have seen that they have the following sub-domains: http://blog.profitgeek.com/ http://forums.profitgeek.com/ http://directory.profitgeek.com/ I was thinking why did they choose to get this approach and didn't go for individual domains for each of the above (blog, forum and directory). Is there any inteligent marketing / traffic approach in their choice and strategy or just a way to keep things together under same name ? What is best - subdomains or individual domains if you plan to have multiple services (directory, forum, blog, etc.) Regards
