Reg fee for most I would think, mainly because they are TMs and not in a widely spoken language. If you are looking to develop genuine sites in Hebrew then maybe slightly more however I doubt they have any sale potential undeveloped.
they're all really cool domains, I'm sure someone would find value to them. Do you receive traffic on a daily basis? If so they would be worth more.
