    I already know Adwords, Bing, Amazon, I looking cheap PPC and CPC

    If you are looking to target your exact audience then use Facebook. They will let you drill down to the zip code and target the right people. If you need help setting anything up I can help you out if you'd like.

    If you don't mind me asking are you using Native ads, the news feed or right hand column ads? Are you drilling down to find your audience or do you know who your audience is? Just asking because I train a couple people on using Facebook advertising

    it is depend from the traffic type :) We work on CPM basis with pop under 's and CPC with HQ traffic :)

    There are many ad networks out there. It is up to you to choose, but I wouldn't recommend Casale, they have very demanding traffic requirement of 500,000 unique visitors per month.
