Looks Interesting, Try finding a new theme. Personally, I think your going to have to market in order to get users, your competitors are people who own bigger forums that include CPA. Basically what I am saying is that your niche is just a sub forum for others.
Good point made, it won't be easy to promote, I just want to start a CPA community were we help each other. I think having a great domain name, doing some SEO work and maintaining a quality forum will be a good start though?
