    To the OP, are you in a specific niche, or are you looking for general programs? If you traffic isn't specific, often times cpm deals or adsense will do better for you.

    why not check out PayDotCom. They are affiliate network and most of their affiliate programs pay with paypal.

    You can also try these guys

    They only handle mostly inexpensive items, but they pay through paypal. Also they have a lot of items, some are good and some are worthless (in my opinion) so I recommend being picky.

    Neverblueads .. you have to talk to your manager though to switch payment to paypal
