The best way to accomplish what you are asking would be to use a dedicated server. The bandwidth and resource intensive nature of image hosting just does not work in a shared hosting environment.
dont have the $$ for a dedicated server, Ive seen people selling shared ffmpeg hosting on here before, as I said i will only be converting videos, there will no public streaming of the videos, Im only asking for unlimited bandwith because I dont want to deal with purchusing additional bandwith if i reach a limit. I would probly not even use more the 500gb-1tb per month.
500GB-1TB/month is a ton of bandwidth, forget shared hosting, even a high end VPS would struggle with that. You need a dedicated server.
i only say unlimited because ive seen it offered here before, and I dont want to go over any limits. If you can offer a plan that has an option for adding additional bandwith for cheap then Ill go with it. 500-1tb is just an estimation of the bandwith will think ill use, that includes uploading the video files to the server, then uploading the converted file from the server to another server And i dont need unlimited space, anywhere from 5-25gb is fine.
No such thing as unlimited bandwidth as stated above, a price range would also be helpful. I'd suggest purchasing a VPS as you'll have root access to your server to install ffmpeg your self.
that is impossible i would recommend apthost had previous experience they are good they do not have unlimited but they don't over sell they are decently cheap to
