First off, let me say that no email templates are disabled within WHMCS. I'm not using WHMCS for actual hosting purposes. I use it for client/billing management. I have a third party script that I implement the WHMCS clients into. I have 3 products with WHMCS. For each product I have setup a custom welcome email message (which contains information regarding their account using the third party script I'm using). This custom welcome email must be sent for each product purchased. The problem is that everytime someone purchases a product through WHMCS, the default "ORDER CONFIRMATION" email is sent instead. The only way I can send the custom welcome email is if I go in and change the order status from "Pending" to "Active" and click the send email button, in which case they will finally receive the custom welcome email. Of course, this takes away from the automatiion of WHMCS, which is a built-in feature anyway. ************* Does ANYONE have any idea how I can get all new purchases to send the default welcome email rather than the default one without having to go in to each purchase and manually send the email?????? Help is greatly appreciated!!!!!
