that is a great site you have, and a great job you are doing. i know how hard it can be. i live in a country where the situation is similar to the ukraine, and i have 7 cats. unfortunately, even though you have a fantastic site, and it's very worthwhile, it's not easy to get the word out. my advice would be to try vegetarian + animal lover forums... try typing "animal suffering" into google. or even PETA on so on. first just participate in the forums, then after a few days, make a post about your shelter. if you try to announce right away, people will skeptical. in any case, the forum software often doesn't let you post links anyway. so promoting the site at forums takes a lot of time, but it's the only way that works as far as i know. it is unfortunate that promoting a good site takes even more time than building a good site, but that's the way it is. as for your site design, it's great. i don't see any flaws. it's elegant and neat and well organized. maybe you could post fotos of yourself, that would help. good luck!
Thank you for your kind words and a few good advices. You're right, it's difficult enough to promot this kind of websites. And I almost have no any time to do this. Glad our site's designe is okay. One good guy has created it for us.
Nice header, but I feel it doesn't sync in with the rest of the site design. Especially the coloring scheme.
