look for web site designer

    Hello guys,

    I need someone to design a web layout for a wall paper and pictures site. Here is the spec.

    1- One nice web layout ( percentage width so that for bigger pictures, it wont affect the width size.
    2- One logo for the web layout.
    3- CSS if needed for layout, fonts, colours etc.
    4- PSD files of layout and logo

    I just need one page done as I am going to build a script to run the wallpaper from database back end.
