Buying Look for North American based SEO company to assist with my rankings

    I have a website that I have tweaked etc... and have fairly good SE placment, but I need someone to help push me over the top. I would like someone who lives in North America as they will likely understand the processes of my website better than someone off shore.

    I basically have 5 terms I would like to rank better for. Currently I am ranking as follows:

    Terms #1 = B-4, Y-8, G-3 - Canadian based Google

    Terms #2 = B-2, Y-18, G-1 - Canadian based Google

    Terms #3 = B-14, Y-34+41, G-14 - Canadian based Google

    Terms #4 = B-4+8, Y-3+6, G-3 - Canadian based Google

    Terms #5 = B-N/A, Y-N/A, G-N/A - Canadian based Google

    I think I am close to getting where I want to be, but need some on page help, off page help, backlinking help etc...
