is this the new thing here at DP. First people don't hit the search button and check to see if they can find information without making a new post. And the most annoying thing is everytime someone does ask a question instead of people answering it there are always just a bunch of replies with services being spammed.
I would recommend you get a joint ventur or use a CPA Network to build a list. Buying lists doen't give your business a good reputation and will just get you flagged as spam
The best way to get a responsive a list is to build your own...You can use these other services to weed out the people that are interested in your niche...if you send a a mass email try to use a tracker and add the people that opened your email to your email list. that way you will begin to create a responsive list.
