The key is the program must be willing to pay my comapny for getting FREE leads no matter what kind they are (no XXX) So if you have a program ill sign under you only if the program offer something like this..

CommissionJunction, my biggest profit ad network, has a few of these. ProductTestPanel, Screensavers.com, PermissionResearch, and CouponBar are some examples. They pay about $1 per user in each case.
I believe CommissionJunction is also working with FreeFly.com and this is a great free coupon and sample site that seems to be exactaly what you're looking for. FreeFly pays on a per lead basis when a new user successfully registers for the site and I believe they allow incentivized leads as well. Hope that helps... Best & Take Care!
You can find all these sorts of programs in the CPA networks. Many can be found in my sig. Many offers have requirements in place so with some offers you can just send them any sorts of leads and even if you could with some offers, they would all have to be legit leads and not fraudulent.
