Look for a team of workers data entry and programming

    Hello i currently on a site earning x,xxx a month its a video streaming site i currently have one data entry worker and the site is getting too much work for us to handle.
    Im looking for one programmer for various jobs eg server usage decreasing add script so only view sites in firefox etc this will be payed on a pay per job scheme. Must be an experienced php developer please send me your portfolios

    Im also looking for 2 more data entry workers. 1 to add new videos and one to fix broken videos. This will be payed % of monthly income. Broken videos is currently 40 a day. Must add min 1000 a month.

    YEah i am interested but i have not much experience, i have been doing data entry work for 3 month.but i dont care that i have no experience coz i believe only hard work and interested . and i am sure i will do my better everyday and improve my work every hour. if you give me any response then i must be PM to you.
