will you still use google adwords? http://cgi.ebay.com/GoogleAdsense-X...90QQihZ002QQcategoryZ3767QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
ofcourse i would still use them (if i did use them) PPC fraud is always going to happen, every PPC network gets PPC fraud its never going to stop i reported the listing anyway
Google do a lot more than checking IP's for click fraud so using software like this will just result in a ban. If this software really did work why would the eBay seller even bother with selling items when he can sit back and enjoy automated software making the cash.
AS turf sniffer indicates, this is just another lame (and illegal) attempt at click fraud. Why the H@#$ is he working to sell it if it makes all the jack that he says? If it does, he'd be on a beach in Tahiti somewhere and not hocking software... Little dogs bark, and the caravan moves on... Best; Eric
Hi, Wow...that ebay dude is just asking for some trouble: Remember, that only content network is affected. (not that it is a good thing), but I never start a campaign with content network turned on. Once a campaign is profitable then I will turn on content at a significantly lower cost than search. I will also test...if content adds to my roi, well then I let it run...if it sucks up my roi, I turn it off. My Thoughts, Travis
yes, sure i will continue using Adwords... I will just have to turn off content netwrok for SOME adgroups. Also will anaylze the clicks and compare them with ROI... ClickBots can't buy my products... can they? Tim
excellent point. How about rule 47: Check rate of clicks coming from known proxy servers ips and if too high (like > 5%) --> ban account or rule 52.5: If rate of click from known proxy servers egal 100% --> ban account immediatly for life and beyond
I always use Google AdWords and turn off adsense. I never use contact network to promote my business. I have ever gotten lots of fraud clicks from adsense, so I never use it.
thanks for link terrible thing these bots and clickers exist not from today Why not to use advertisement with adsense on good sites? Create new campaigns for them, choose sites which have good ads position and targeted visitors. Then check statistics on your site, determine and throw out suckers. If cheaters make fraud hits and clicks, f--k them, make a note in your personal siteslist, send report to google and write here. Pay attention to your convertion to sales, comparison characteristics and subject of sites you chose for advertisement before start to blame.
As others have stated.. if that software worked - why would people share/sell it? I usually opt my clients campaigns out from content network for the reason of increased click fraud, although if you are concerned by fraud you should be running some kind of click fraud detection system. At the end of the day, I put £1 into AdWords and get £3 out the other end. Whatever goes on in between can't affect the fact that it's a great way of advertising if you're prepared to invest the time and effort to create a successful campaign. Like anything, if you don't put the effort in, you can't expect results.
