Has the ad blocks and link units labeled "related Links"

Isn't that clearly against the TOS for adsense

Also I found this using the Preview tool. The owners are using adwords to advertise on the content network

Is that against the Google Adsense TOS? I've seen many sites thath as google ads under their related links. Perhaps someone can clarify?

Well they say that "sponsored links" or "advertisements" are all that are allowed

But perhaps someone can better clarify

Yes, it is against the TOS. This is another example of someone who didn't read the TOS and will be warned and flagged as a potential cheater when someone here reports him/her. (hint hint)

    here is some info

    or
    https://www.google.com/adsense/policies

    Incentives

Web pages may not include incentives of any kind for users to click on ads. This includes encouraging users to click on the ads or to visit the advertisers' sites as well as drawing any undue attention to the ads. For example, your site cannot contain phrases such as "click here," "support us," "visit these links," or other similar language that could apply to any ad, regardless of content. These activities are strictly prohibited in order to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs. In addition, publishers may not bring unnatural attention to sites displaying ads or referral buttons through unsolicited mass emails or unwanted advertisements on third-party websites. Publishers are also not permitted to use deceptive or unnatural means to draw attention to or incite clicks on referral buttons.

    Labeling Ads

Publishers may not label the ads with text other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements." This includes any text directly above our ads that could be confused with, or attempt to be associated with Google ads.

Don’t ask others to click on Google ads.
Users should click on Google ads because they're interested in the services being advertised. Encouraging users to click on your Google ads, either directly or indirectly, can lead to inflated advertiser costs and can cause your account to be disabled.

I think that clarifies it quite well

It's a purely MFA site. There are four/five pages with static content, built over a few hours in a day, and left to "earn".

I would think that my site visitors wouldn't feel good if they visit that and would become even more reluctant to visit sponsors.

This kind of site gives eveyone a bad name I think.

So I canned the URl in the filter.

The purpose of the two approved links by Google is to emphasise that they are paid links. Anything that labels them differently makes it seem like you endorse the links: Related links would make it seem like it is an important addition to the site rather than a paid link.

If I remember correctly there was a lawsuit once because some comapny didn't distinguish between paid ads and regular content. I don't know what the final outcome of that case was but with trying to blend too much or use other ways of labeling it just isn't RIGHT(morally at least).
