    Requiem - he had a brief statement saying look at the awesome content on my site and then 3 google ad blocks - implying that the links in the ads was the navigation on his site. Crude and unlikely to be effective at anything other than getting the "publisher" banned.

    fwiw the page didn't even have html or body tags. It really was very cheap and nasty.
