    this is a premium publisher, they got more options then the simple advertisers like us

    Well, I think if you own a domain like canada.com you can do pretty much everything you want.
    But yes it's a premium publisher ;)

    Premium publishers have special allowances that enable them to alter the code of the ads in ways that allows them greater chance of increasing their CTR. They also have a few other allowances such as having an adsense representative attached to their account.
