    It is ok but It is better if you choose like wordpress template because some template is very good with adsense. Anyway, the ads is too much, reduce it a bit to look better. Just a critic from my point of view from me.

    I agree with all the suggestions made above, also you have the keyword "DDA housing scheme 2010" in the home page sooooooooo many times that it almost looks like keyword stuffing. Remember to use the keyword an average of %4.
