Look at Filestab pay per download and premium sells program

    They have affiliate program: up to 15$ per 1,000 downloads:

    But they have another program: 25% from premiun:
    filestab.com/support/knowledgebase.php?article=9

    Do you think its scam?

    I have contacted them myself and they have a 20% referal program.
    What I dont like about the site though is that, the owner is on wjunction - and he openly owns a warez forum... even if you do - fair enough - go for it - but dont advertise it - as you are then openly trying to get warez uploaders...
