This is a little confusing. On the one hand you state that you seek a full time writer and offer a monthly salary, on the other hand you ask for rates. If it is a monthly salary, you would have to state the pay per hour here, you offer, and if you want to go by rates it would be x amount per word, so the full time and monthly statement would be incorrect.
