Anybody have any idea of how I should try and sell this?
I've submitted it not only to this forum, also, DomainState, NamePros and TDNAM and ofcourse Sedo. Have I forgotten any other big player?

Evolv5 I would stick to your natural inclinations on this domain.

Not to bring down your other assessors, but they dont really seem like domain sharks. One even uses leapfish as his basis for appraisal.

Its not a bad domain, but if you are looking for a quick sale I would go for anything above 50$. If you can hold out for the right buyer you might get a bit more, like mid xxx$.

First thing I would do is to write the org that owns longbay.com ..

    Good luck dude

Yeah, I leapfished it myself and it felt kind of fishy that the appraisals were so close. Thanks , +rep

Why don't you sell it to leapfish for half-price? It says that leapfish is $45.

you might get $500 from a hotel owner there, otherwise no one searches for that term, so it is worth about $50. You will not get thousands.
