In google webmasters tools (aka google sitemaps) it shows this:
Can anyone please tell me why is this and how can I fix it?

Sometimes it takes Google a while to come back to your site. In the past, has your site had a history of slow updates? Google has a couple of different 'labels' for your site, depending on how frequently it updates. If, in the past, it was labeled as a slow-updater, you will not be crawled as often.

Just because it says that doesn't mean Google hasn't continued to crawl your site, my data is always far behind the last crawl attempt. Build more backlinks to increase crawling frequency or change your crawl rate if available in Google Webmasters Central.

Usually it only was behind 2-3 weeks. This is the first time it happened to be so way behind. Also the crawl rate is set to fast. Could it be because of the host because the last crawl is also the same as the time I changed hosts.

I think index frequency has a relation with amount of incoming links and pagerank. More links and higher pr is higher crawlrate and deeper into innerpages.

When I changed my host, I had the same problem. Dont worry, google will update it soon.

Was there any down time for your site when you changed Hosts?

It also seems like Google has slowed down a bit on the caching, even for some big sites..... I could swear I'm seeing it too much lately for it to be a coincidence...
