Long time forum member who's been away for 10 years

Hello,

I am a long time forum member, but stepped out for a few years. I am on the advertiser/offer/network side of things.

I looked high and low on who to contact here about advertising and even though I see the advertising page, once there I did not see a way to proceed. Did I miss something? Can someone point out the URL on contacting a forum admin about this.
