Long term services required

First I would like to say that this isn't one of those small forum job offers. This is a serious and long time job offer paying $X for X number of posts.

I am looking for a very specific kind of an employee.

List of requirements:
1) Available for a long period of time- 2-6 months, maybe even a year (Although not exclusively).
2) MUST HAVE ABILITY TO USE GOOGLE.
3) Good English - as long as you can write understandable sentences, its good enough.
4) Polite, patient manners - In other words, I don't want you to flaming my customers.

I am starting a site similar to Google Answers. If hired, most of your time would be spent researching and posting answers to questions.

Why apply?
1) Its long term - Unlike most jobs which last only couple days or couple weeks, this one extends to months.
2) Great pay - Although you will be paid the market price initially, if you are qualified and are willing to work the hours, you will find that you will earn far more. The site is organized in such a way that you get paid for answering the question from the person answering the question. Once the site takes off, you will be earning anywhere from $5-100 dollar per post.
3) Steady income - Like mentioned above, this isn't one time job offer, it can go well into the future.
