I have replied to many PM's and have come to notice that NOBODY is reading the hole thread! I am only going to choose someone that knows how to program with PHP and APACHE, I need someone that knows the configurations of Apache very well and know how to manipulate it using PHP! If you can NOT do this then don't even respond!
