Long term job - Need a programmer who can complete on deadlines

    I have TONS of projects to be done. I need people who:

    1. Know what they are doing (php, CMS, html, etc.)
    2. Can complete on deadlines --PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MY TIME IF YOU CAN NOT COMPLETE ON DEADLINES, IF YOU MISS A DEADLINE UNDERSTAND YOU WILL BE PAID ZERO
    3. Has alot of time to work in the future, this is a long term job (I need to email you back and forth every day)
    4. Can speak english and I can speak to everyday

    I kept hiring people who are lazy, so if you are not sure if you can follow all the guidelines above please DO NOT email me.

    If you can then expect a long term job with good pay.
